Returns and Refunds

We offer returns on items in line with UK & EU consumer law. Our first port of call with all goods is to offer a replacement if there is a fault with the goods for non-living products such as nests, we may require a return, but we will try and ask for photographic evidence first, you have 28 days from the date of purchase to return this product if requested in order to receive a full refund. If you would like to return a non-living good as mentioned above that has no fault but has been used, then you 14 days from the date of receiving the goods to contact us to return your item and an additional 14 days to return the item if this time has passed and the goods have not been received then we will not issue a refund. We do not pay the cost of return postage that is the buyers responsibility and we do not refund this cost only the total order costs including postage.

For living ants that arrive dead on arrival you need to contact us within 24 hours to receive a replacement without return but photographic evidence is needed. All European ants are covered by our 14 days guarantee we guarantee a replacement or refund (excluding postage cost) if kept in the original test tube and care guide followed.

This policy does not cover other ant species not in the European product page. If you no longer want your ants they need to be returned with the original packaging and in the original packaging including original test tube within 28 days of receiving them we do not cover the cost of return postage and the ants including queen, need to be alive for a return to take place. All live ant warranty including 24 hour and 14 day guarantee is void as soon as you remove the ants from the original test tube unless told to do so by us for pictures.
